Shawna is a visionary creative who is passionate about gathering creatives and cultivating belonging.  As a violinist, writer, and artist, she comes alive around creative collaboration, leading worship, and encouraging and equipping others to use their gifts for the Kingdom and service of others.  Shawna is a worship musician, songwriter, and Suzuki violin teacher and the Founder/Director of Proclaim Music Festival. She is currently on the brink of releasing an instrumental album, “Bridge of Evensong”.  You can usually find her wandering in the forest, teaching her violin students, or eagerly working towards the next big adventure in her full and overflowing life as an entrepreneurial artist and kingdom creative.

Ava, MO

Agniya brings her creative giftings of logistics, administration and event management to Resound. An avid traveler and international explorer, her genuine curiosity and her love for others helps to provide a safe and welcoming space for others to experience the Father’s love. Her goal is always to bring people into a closer and more intimate walk with the Creator and she loves to encourage people and lead them to Yeshua to receive His healing and freedom. Agniya loves to worship through dance, and finds much joy in teaching, leading and choreographing worship dance. Along with organizing events, Agniya can be found traveling with PILGRIM The Musical, supporting the team and praying and encouraging audience members after the show. Along with her amazing husband Dan and their three wonderful boys, they are always ready for the next adventure of obedience that the Father presents for them!  

Ava, MO

Dan Grieve is a Sound Engineer, Father of 3 boys, Husband and Child of God (in the reverse order). Being an out-of-the-box-thinker and drawing from a degree in Music Performance, Classical Guitar, Dan has a unique way to share abstract concepts such as ear training, critical listening, music theory and arrangement, as well as presenting life lessons in an experiential format. Dan is an accomplished Sound Engineer and has toured across the country as well as internationally. In addition to providing quality sound for Proclaim, Dan currently tours with Pilgrim the Musical, a full length musical theater production telling the story of Pilgrim's Progress. He has served as a worship leader for both congregations and conferences. Dan's desire is for all Resound attendees to take a step up in their creative expression and rise to their full potential.

Jake is a man of action. He desires to walk with other men to a place of strength through a closer walk with Yeshua and freedom from bondage fueled by repentance and forgiveness. He is intent on gathering the Kingdom family in worship and relationship with Yeshua, which puts him right at the center of the interworkings of Proclaim Music Festival. Always willing to invest the sweat and prayers necessary in overcoming challenges and directing the logistical and practical side of these events, his heart is to make space for the Father to speak and move in others’ lives.  Passionately following Yeshua, he seeks the Holy Spirit's guidance in speaking out exhortation and prophetic blessing over the body of Messiah.   Surrounded by his greatest blessings, his wife Heather and their 8 children, he deeply desires to see Yeshua's Kingdom people unite and prosper as they walk in their calling and purpose.

Dreamer, wordkeeper and beauty-seeking faith leaper, Heather yearns to see God's people showcase His glory and His story magnificently through the arts and music. Whether it's introspective delving or artistic exploration, making the intangible tangible is one of her biggest passions - especially when it helps uncover deep pieces of our hearts and our wildly unique life and purpose. She is infused by the thrill of pulling people together through collaborative art projects, to experience not only the extraordinary life-giving power of hearing the voice of the Lord, but also their own creativity as a free gift and birthright, not a talent to be earned. As the head of Media and Creative Development for Proclaim Music Festival, she utilizes her 20 years of experience as a photographer as well her itch to paint spontaneous murals and do live collaborative art with 600 or so friends. Adventuring partner to Jake and mothering eight of their own artists, builders and world-changers, she is excited to see the Kingdom of Heaven invade the earth as generations work together as family.

Running in his skills of videography and content creation with Mighty Leap Media, Asher loves all things epic and exciting and brimming with potential. Being a worshipper and musician himself, he lives to be in the middle of the passions and peoples of God’s heart, making Proclaim and Resound the perfect places to be!

Jacob & Natalie Palmer are lovers of people. They have a passion for holding space that empowers growth in individuals and the community for the sake of the Kingdom. Their love for worship and family has led them to use their collective strengths in logistics to serve with Proclaim. Though Missouri is where they rest their feet, they call the world home, laboring locally and internationally to see His Kingdom go forth. Jacob leads their local congregation and works coaching missionaries to be ready to serve, while Natalie is blessed to labor alongside him as Mama to their 3 children.
